ABOUT:
Fuzzy Panda Recording Company is a community more than anything else. We're not out to change the world or make a ton of money - if we do, that's fine. The point of the Panda is to make original music that stretches the imagination and speaks in unique ways. We are not constrained by genres or other social constructs - our foci are community and originality.
We began in 2005 as a combination of the Outside DC Collective in Maryland and Can the Lowbrow Productions in Pennsylvania. Since then, we've grown a fair amount, but the central idea of linking like-minded musicians is always on our minds. Collaborations spawned from interstate travel are frequent and encouraged - North American and the ongoing Super Panda project are two such examples.
